About the Scents
All Blends are made with 100% Organic Steam Distilled Essential Oils
Local Revival: Our signature blend. A fresh scent inspired by the citrus groves of Southern California. Warm citrus notes balanced with vanilla undertones. The scent is bright, clean and fresh.
Wild Coast: A coastal scent inspired by the beaches of North County. The scent is clean and fresh with some slight earth tones to it. Reminds us of the coast in late August. You'll see what we're talking about when you try it.
High Sierra: Named after California's four season playground. The scent has a little bit of everything. It's mint forward with a slight hint of some floral and spicy notes.
Unscented: World's cleanest body wash in its rawest form. Slightly soapy smell. Strong enough to kill any bad odors without hiding your natural good ones. Great for sensitive skin and little ones.

Ingredients
Every ingredient we use serves a purpose to either get you clean or hydrate your skin. We only source organic unrefined versions of ingredients. We closely vet suppliers to foolproof our quality control.
Sourcing
We source ingredients from local farms, ranches and suppliers. We're always looking for new partnerships so reach out if you have any supplier leads. We'd like our products to be 100% US sourced in the next few years.
Packaging
We only use reusable glass bottles. Yeah, it may be a safety hazard but we'll take that risk over toxic plastic any day.
Mission
We exist to bring back the art of bathing. We've all seen pictures of roman baths and simple soaps. A time when soaps were made with a simple blend of tallow or oils. Scented with steam distilled essential oils found in nature. Over time the art of bathing as descended into an assembly line with industrial ingredients not far removed from an auto plant. Quality fats and oils were replaced with cheap lab derived replacements. Even "natural" alternatives are filled with cheap filler oils like sunflower and palm. Natural essential oils were replaced with synthetic fragrances derived from petroleum. Companies chose profit over quality and consumers paid the price. Our mission is to bring back products that make bathing something to look forward too. Without poisining your skin or the land you live on. The bathroom is no place for synthetic ingredients or fragrances

FAQs
What's the shelf life?
We recommend using within 6 months of receiving.
Does it foam?
It definitely foams up but not as much as the store bough garbage. Foam doesn't equal effectiveness.
Can I use it as a shampoo?
It will get your hair clean but might strip some hair types. We recommend trying on a small patch of hair before washing it all.
What's the PH?
PH is between 8.05 and 8.5 which is strong enough to clean without being too harsh on your skin.
Can I use it on my face?
Yep. We'll be releasing a facial cleanser shortly. Until then, wash away with the Tallow & Honey body wash.
Does it work for eczema?
Customers say it works great. Everyone is different though so if it doesn't work for you let us know and we'll refund you.
Do you ship internationally?
We can try. Some countries have weird import restrictions so if there are any issues we'll refund you.

I love your body wash! It feels really good on my skin and I love knowing it has clean ingredients! I replaced my expensive face wash with the high sierra wash! The cooling feel it leaves is nice!
At first, your skin may feel a bit dry right after washing but once you’re out of the shower and dried, your skin is very moisturized. Smells heavenly and is very, very concentrated. One pump goes a long way.
Okay, I am not the guy who ever paid attention to my skincare. I’m a mans man. Skin care is for pretty boys.
And then I started having skin issues, in particular dry skin and a rash. So I went to the doc, and they said to find better soap.
I tried a bunch, without any improvement, and was both annoyed and felt like I was wasting my money when nothing really worked better than my cheap stuff from the grocery store or target.
I got an add for this stuff and on a whim, decided to give it a try. I did the sampler and really liked the high sierra scent. I’ve now made several repeat purchases, and this stuff smells good, my skin is less dry, and the rash went away. So, I gave it four stars cause it’s expensive, but it works really well. Just buy it. You won’t regret it.
Bought it because it had a glass bottle instead of plastic. What i got was a body wash that is very nourishing to my skin! Love it! Will buy again!
It’s expensive but so worth it. I drive a semi and it’s hard to find a product that won’t dry my skin out. I absolutely love the natural ingredients and the smell I absolutely amazing. My skin feel soft even after a couple of days on the road in between truck stop showers. I can tell I am clean and I feel so refreshed every day. I’m glad it’s environmentally friendly and pet and kid safe. I couldn’t ask for a better more well rounded product than this product right here. Every scent is nice and fresh smelling and it truly makes me feel cleaner than anything I’ve ever used before. It’s pricey but a little goes a long way. So it’s worth it.
