1. Introduction
Welcome to Local Revival LLC. By purchasing our clean body care products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Purchases and Payments
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to cancel or deny any order, with a full refund provided if this occurs.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ship orders within 48 hours. Domestic Economy shipping is available at a flat rate of $5, with delivery in 4-8 days. Domestic Express shipping is $10 and takes 1-3 business days. Overnight shipping is available at additional costs. We also ship internationally, except to countries with soap product import restrictions.

4. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 100% refund if you’re not satisfied with your purchase—no questions asked. Simply contact us to initiate the process.

5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Local Revival logos and wordmark are owned by Local Revival LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Liability
Local Revival LLC is not liable for any misuse of our products beyond their intended use.

7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
